RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us via e-mail or contact page within 15 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
Brands&Makers are not responsible for the cost of shipping.
Merchandise that has been
– tags cut / removed
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sometimes it’s ok to change your mind. If your product is in like new condition (i.e. still in original packaging, unused and not altered in any way), you may exchange your product for a different style or color. Please note though that you will still be subject to a shipping fee for your exchange.
All exchanges must be approved by the brand, maker or artist. If
Accepted Methods of Payment will be seen at checkout.
Brands&Makers is working with individuals and we do not ship anything from our warehouse. All orders will be shipped by the brand, maker or artist .
All orders will be shipped between 1-5 business days.
Carriers & Delivery
Unless otherwise approved by the customer, pick up or self delivery options are not available.
Orders will be shipped by Nationwide known carriers ; USPS, Fedex,UPS or DHL.
Shipping rates will be calculated automatically.
You will be informed at checkout if there will be a shipping special.
Backorders will be allowed with the customer approval.
We take your privacy seriously and we will not share your credit card and any personal information with 3rd party websites and information collectors.
We collect your name, shipping & billing information , E-mail address and credit card information to process the order.
Your information will only be used to process your order and your email address to contact you.
